What we sell, and how it's used.

1. What we sell

PM Vault sells two things, both digital and both our own original work:

• The Instruments — offline, client-side project-governance software you download and run on your own machine.
• The Library — original guides and workbooks (PDF, DOCX, XLSX) authored by us and cited to recognised standards.

Everything is delivered as a digital download. There are no physical goods, no shipping, no subscriptions, and no human services.

2. Within our payment provider's rules

Payments are handled by Paddle as merchant of record, and our catalogue is kept squarely within Paddle's permitted-business rules. We do not sell, and will not sell through this site, anything Paddle prohibits — including physical goods, regulated financial or trading products, gambling, adult content, data-access or surveillance tools, infringing or resold third-party material, certification or exam-cheating services, or anything unlawful.

Original, not resold. The Library is written by us and cites standards as authority without reproducing them. Nothing we sell is a repackaged third-party course, template pack, or copyrighted work belonging to someone else.

3. How you may use what you buy

Your rights to the instruments and templates are set out in full in the EULA. In short: use them on your own and your business's projects, adapt the templates to how you work, and keep everything you produce with them. Your work product is yours.

4. What you agree not to do

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publish the original files, or lightly-modified copies of them, as your own product.
• Share or resell your licence key beyond the seats it was sold for, or work around the licensing.
• Use the instruments or materials for any unlawful purpose, or to build anything in the prohibited categories above.
• Probe, disrupt, or attempt unauthorised access to this site, the account service, or the download service.
• Abuse the refund policy through repeated buy-and-refund cycles.

5. Enforcement

We may suspend or withdraw access to the site, your account, or future downloads from anyone who breaches this policy or the Terms. Because the instruments validate licences on your own device and never phone home, we cannot remotely disable software you have already installed — so this policy runs, in part, on good faith, and we extend the same to you.
